Multi Column Form

Multi Column Form widget - a complex widget that consists of required registration fields, as well as a file picker where any file can be uploaded to the form. Also, the widget provides to switch between tabs where for example you can separate functions for different types of users (e.g. admin. user). Becomes extremely useful when you need to create a complex data form, e.g. a creation of a new user in a system's webshop.
